• All products purchased are brand new, in the box and sealed.
  
• In addition to your statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act, all products carry a full Australian manufacturers warranty.
• Delivery can only be to a street addresses in Australia. Delivery to P O Boxes not accepted. No overseas orders accepted.
  
• All deliveries are by courier, and a Photo ID and your signature is required upon receipt.
  
• Pick-up is not available for any purchase.
  
• Refunds and returns are offered in accordance with our return and refund policy, please refer to the FAQ section of the website for further details.
  
• All prices listed are per unit and include GST, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
  
• Courier delivery charges are calculated and payable at the time of placing your order.
  
• Prices are subject to change without notice and supply of some items may be limited.
  
• All products are subject to availability and only available while stocks last.
  
• If a product ordered is not in stock, we will notify you within 24 hours, you may cancel your order for a full refund or wait for delivery.
  
• If redeeming a voucher issued by Simply Mobiles or any other M2 Telecommunications entity, only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Vouchers can not be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers, including M2 Telecommunications "Tech Fund" redemptions.
  
• If purchasing a product that includes the delivery of a SIM card for use in conjunction with M2 Telecommunications Group mobile phone plan, you may be required to provide additional personal details for credit checking purposes, and we reserve the right to refuse supply. We will contact you if that is the case and you may decide to obtain a full refund of your purchase.
