- All products purchased are brand new, in the box and sealed unless otherwise stated, e.g. "Clearance Items".
- All products carry a full Australian manufacturers warranty.
- Delivery can only be to a street addresses in Australia. Delivery to P O Boxes not accepted.
- Pick-up is not available for any purchases.
- No refunds will be given on purchases. Phones may only be returned if they are defective and must be returned to a manufacturer as per warranty instructions. Simply Mobiles is not responsible for service and warranty claims.
- All prices listed are per unit and include GST; unless otherwise stated in the product description. Courier delivery charges are calculated and payable at the time of placing your order.
- Prices are subject to change without notice and supply of some items may be limited. All products are also subject to availability and only available while stocks last.
- Supply is limited to personal use only and is not available in commercial quantities or for resale.
- If redeeming a voucher issued by Simply Mobiles or any other M2 Telecommunications entity, only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Vouchers can not be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers, including M2 Telecommunications "Tech Fund" redemptions.
- If purchasing a product that includes the delivery of a SIM card for use in conjunction with M2 Telecommunication Group mobile phone plan, you may be required to provide additional personal details for credit checking purposes; and we reserve the right to refuse supply. We will contact you if that is the case and you may decide to obtain a full refund of your purchase.
IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION
- If you receive a faulty or dead mobile phone on delivery, please contact Simply Mobiles immediately and we will arrange to replace the handset.
- If the handset becomes faulty within 14 days of the date of invoice - the above will also apply.
- If the handset becomes faulty outside the 14 day period within the manufacturers warranty period, you will need to return the handset to the manufacturers nearest authorised repair centre at your own cost. Outside the 14 day period for all handsets, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to repair or replace the handset, we will not be responsible for the warranty.
