• Entrants can enter their created Olympic Moment footage, full name, address details, email and contact number via email: olympics@simplymobiles.com.au
• The submitted Olympic moment footage must include use of a mobile phone and the Simply Mobiles logo, which can be downloaded from the Simply Mobiles site.
• The top 3 winning entrants via voting will receive:

• Entrants’ footage will be posted on the www.simplymobiles.com and www.youtube.com.  Entrants will be permitted to submit their footage as a .wmp file by email olympics@simplymobiles.com.au.  Entries close 11.59pm 17/8/08. 
• Voting will commence from 5pm 18/8/08 when the footage is posted on www.simplymobiles.com.au.  Last votes will be taken at 11.59pm 31/2/08.
• The winning entrants will be determined by an online voting system on www.simplymobiles.com.au. The entrant with the most amount of online votes will win 1st prize, the entrant with the second highest votes online will win 2nd prize and the entrant with the third highest votes online will win 3rd prize.
• The winner will be announced on 2/9/08 on www.simplymobiles.com.au and will be contacted email and/or phone.
• Votes can only be submitted through the www.simplymobiles.com.au website.
• Votes sent by SMS, postage, phone call, fax or email will not be accepted.
• Footage submitted will be used for the sole purpose of this promotion only.  Footage will be removed at the end of the promotional period.
• Upon entering this promotion you are granting Simply Mobiles permission to use this footage and agree that all the rights shall remain the property of Simply Mobiles a registered trademark of M2 Telecommunications Pty Ltd.
• As an entrant into this promotion you indemnify Simply Mobiles against all claims, demands, damages, expenses, costs and actions suffered or incurred arising from the appearance of the footage provided and posted on the Simply Mobiles and You Tube websites.
• Simply Mobiles resumes the right to refuse unsuitable footage.  The decision will be made at the discretion of Simply Mobiles.
